Meditation


Meditation @ Good Shepherd

Thursdays - 12:10 - 12:30 pm.

This practice begins with a short reading, introduction, or body scan, then  sitting meditation with light guidance for 15 - 20 minutes. 

Sundays - 4:30 - 5:15 p.m.

 The practice is a 40 minute sitting meditation followed by conversation on a book or topic.
